Engine has been fully ran through and is free of carbon build up inspected. Engine comes fully functional and will start upon unboxing use premix at 40:1. It also comes with all of the original parts including pull starter, needs new friction pads but I have a spare cord which will work in meantime it includes mounting bracket, exhaust, carburetor, vacuum fuel pump, and even brand carburetor is more optimal for rpm ranges compared to old one, designed wide open use.
