No corrosion or appreciable wear per Polaris factory maintenance manual. Engine is on pre mix only. Comes with stock exhaust pipe, torque converter clutches these will need cleaning and lube, belt, carb, throttle choke cables, CID ignition module, engine mount fuel pump.

Full recondition of top end with light hone still on stock bore. Engine has 30 minutes run in time since rebuild. All seals and gaskets replaced with high quality nos or reproductions.

Engine reassembled per Polaris service manual after all parts were thoroughly cleaned and inspected. With new pistons, rings, wrist pin, gaskets and all seals. Great for all kinds of options, golf cart, ultralight, go kart or ATV.

Complete rebuild. Starts easy. Engine has 3000 miles on it from original odometer sat for 30 years. Cases split, original crank and bearings within specs.

I will assist as necessary. Cylinders, heads, fan and exhaust were all bead blasted. Engine and components roughly 100lbs before crating.
