Buy one or buy them both. They are honed with a real ridged type hone, not ball hone and measure 2.746 or 69.75mm. The cylinders were honed quite some time ago, and may have flash rust in spots, but they never been run since. They look like they could be ready to go with a new 69.75 piston, but not say for sure.
